Anthony Ho

Tony Ho is an experienced company director, having held positions as Chairman, Director and Chief Financial Officer of a number of listed ASX companies. This includes executive director of Arthur Yates & Co Limited, chief financial officer of M.S. McLeod Holdings Limited, chairman of Apollo Minerals Limited and non-executive director of Hastings Technology Metals Limited. Tony is currently chairman of ASX listed Bioxyne Ltd.


Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand, and is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

John Mair

Managing Director
PhD (Geol), MAusIMM

Dr John Mair is an economic geologist with extensive international experience across technical, managerial and corporate fields. He holds a PhD in economic geology (UWA) and held the position of post-doctoral research fellow at the Mineral Deposit Research Unit, UBC, Canada. Minerals industry experience commenced in WA’s gold fields in both exploration and mining, before shifting to North America with a focus on precious and base metals in western Canada, Alaska, and Mexico.

Dr Mair has been involved in Greenland since 2008 and Managing Director of Greenland Minerals since 2014. He has been integral in the technical development of the Kvanefjeld project, the corporate evolution of the company, and the commercial and strategic alignment with Shenghe Resources. Dr Mair has worked closely with the Greenland administration for a decade, and more recently with the Danish Government in establishing a regulatory framework to manage the production and export of uranium. He presents on the Company’s behalf in commercial, technical and political forums internationally.

Simon Cato

Non-Executive Director

Mr Simon Cato has had over 30 years capital markets experience in broking, regulatory roles and as director of a number of listed companies. Initially employed by the ASX in Sydney and Perth, Simon has been involved in the formation of a number of companies and has been through the process of IPO listing in the dual role of broker and director.

A founding director of Greenland Minerals Ltd, Simon currently holds a number of non-executive roles with listed companies in Australia. He is also Chairman of Advanced Share Registry Limited.

Xiaolei Guo

Non-Executive Director

Mr Xiaolei Guo completed a Bachelor of Law, majoring in law, at the China University of Political Science and Law and passed the Bar Examination in China.

Xiaolei commenced his career as a judge assistant in Tianjin Hexi District People’s Court in July 2004. From September 2007, Xiaolei joined King & Wood Mallesons in the securities department specialising in securities and investment services. He was extensively involved in IPOs, M&A bond issues bankruptcy and other corporate matters.

In early 2014, Xiaolei joined Shenghe Resources Holding Co., Ltd as the General Manger Assistant and Manager of the Investments and Development department.

Miles Guy

Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary
M.Comm(PA), MIPA, FGIA, FCIS, MAICD

Miles Guy was appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer in 2009 and Company Secretary in 2010. He is a qualified accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in both senior commercial and public practice roles.  Through these roles, Miles has gained extensive experience in finance, capital markets and corporate advisory, with exposure to a range of industries including mining, construction and financial services. Miles has held a number of Company Secretary positions for both listed and unlisted companies.   

Miles holds a Master of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance. He is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
